Terms & Conditions

Before filling the application and making the payment for Offline Changed / Corrected / Updated Aadhaar Card (Lamitated & Colored), please read the following Procedure , Terms and conditions:
  1. More than 1 correction (i.e. Name, Address, Date of Birth, Gender and Email) can be made in your Aadhaar at a time.
  2. Date of Birth can be changed only once in your lifetime, so be very careful.
  3. It is mandatory to provide your mobile number in the Form. Mobile number cannot be registered / corrected / updated under this service.
  4. The documents attached as Proof of Identity / Proof of Address / Date of Birth Proof should be colored copy and self attested by the applicant. Aadhaar Number should be mentioned on each document attached.
  5. No document is to be attached for correction- update of Email ID / gender.
  6. Details in local language are to be filled by hand by the applicant. Please note that existing local language in Aadhaar Card cannot be changed. Please write in same local language as in Aadhaar. If Aadhaar Card bears no local language than please leave the local language section blank.
  7. To get E-Aadhaar earliest you must have Enrollment ID and Date and Time of Enrollment. If you do not have Enrollment details you shall receive your Corrected / Updated Aadhaar directly from UIDAI only. No E-Aadhaar / Aadhaar will be sent by us in that case.
  8. Corrected Colored / Laminated E-Aadhaar will be sent by us if Enrollment details sent.
  9. E-Aadhaar Card will be sent by Registered Post OR Speed Post as per customer's demand. After dispatching through Indian Post and sending intimation of dispatch with postal Receipt No. by sms / email, company will be free from all responsibility.
  10. In case, you want to cancel your order, you may cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected] under the subject ' Cancel E-Aadhaar ' mentioning your order No. but not later than 5.00 PM of next working day of the date of order. In such cancellation, charges so paid online will be refunded after deducting 10% of gross amount paid by you.
  11. It should be clear in your mind that our company is not an agent or representative of Govt. Of India or any other authorized agency for Aadhaar Card / Uidai but our company is just a private service provider just to assist the applicants who are not equipped with Colored Printer and Lamination Machine etc. . Entire process will be performed for and on behalf of you. This service is being provided only for existing 'Aadhaar Holders' Only.
  12. Please bear in mind that the whole procedure for correction / update would take at least ( About) 90 Days to conclude

Procedures

  1. Fill up the online Form as per correction / update required in Aadhaar Data.
  2. Field marked with * (star) is mandatory / compulsory. However, try to fill all possible even non-mandatory fields for better results.
  3. To get colored laminated E-Aadhaar you must have Enrollment ID and Date and Time of Enrollment. If you do not have Enrollment details you shall receive your Corrected / Updated Aadhaar directly from UIDAI only. No E-Aadhaar / Aadhaar will be sent by us in that case. Also you can mention the address for delivery of E-Aadhaar if different from the address in Aadhaar Card.
  4. Now Click on ‘Submit’ and thereafter, you will have to check and confirm again each item and proposed correction. Also select the mode of delivery and number of copies of E-Aadhaar if you have provided Enrollment details.
  5. Accept the ‘terms and conditions‘ and proceed to ‘make payment’.
  6. On making payment of the requisite amount, your Form for Correction / Update in Aadhaar Data shall be sent to you via email on the Email ID mentioned by you automatically.
  7. Download the Form and take two prints of the same.
  8. Fill up the local language portion of the Form in the local language mentioned in your Aadhaar Card. Existing Local Language used in your Aadhaar cannot be changed.
  9. Sign / Thumb Print (If illiterate) on the right hand side bottom of the Form in the space given for same. Thumb Impression must be attested by notary.
  10. Attach the valid colored copy and self attested Proof of Identity / Proof of Address / Date of Birth Proof. Mention your Aadhaar No. on each document attached.
  11. Send the Form in two copies along with supporting documents to the following address by Indian Post.

  12. On receiving your application we shall scrutinize the same and if found perfect we shall forward the same to the concerned authority for action. In case of any mistake found the same shall be communicated to you.
  13. You shall receive a text message with a URN in around 15 days from when we forward your application to the concerned authority. Please communicate this URN to us at our email address [email protected] .
  14. After receiving URN, within a week you shall receive a text message specifying whether your application has been accepted or rejected. Please communicate this message also to us at our email address [email protected] .
  15. If your application is accepted we are free from all responsibilities (if you do not provide with Enrollment details), however if the application is rejected, we shall look into the reason for rejection and re-apply for Aadhaar Data correction / update.
  16. If you have provided with Enrollment details and your correction / update application is accepted, we shall generate your E-Aadhaar, color print and laminate it for you and send it to the address for delivery mentioned by you.
  17. Please bear in mind that the whole procedure for correction / update would take at least 1 month to conclude.
